About Us

Victoria Russell (Director) is a management consultant with extensive experience working with tourism agencies and private companies.

She is an experienced facilitator, delivers specialist training as well as providing strategic guidance for organisations and groups. She is an accredited Belbin and Thomas International (DISC/ Personality Profile) user and a DTI Business Coach.

She has a practical knowledge of public sector intervention including long-term contractual work for Scottish Enterprise and works independently as well as in a variety of project teams both with VR Management and other consultancies. She is also actively involved in Slow Food heading up the Glasgow and surrounds convivium and studies Iyengar yoga.

Nina Taylor (Company Secretary) is a solicitor and provides legal, financial and management support to the company.

We work closely with other consultants and companies to offer a dynamic team for individual projects.
