PERSONAL PROFILE ANALYSIS (DISC Profile) A work personality profile tool which gives an insight into how people behave at work and their strengths and limitations. It helps identify training and management needs. This can be used for recruitment or as part of a staff development programme. The PPA process includes a 1-2-1 feedback session by a trained user.

TEAM AUDIT This can be produced when all members of a team complete a PPA. This shows the team culture and can be compared against an ideal team profile.

JOB PROFILE This tool is used for creating new posts and is produced taking into account the actual work tasks and the specific work strengths needed.
