Facilitation and Coaching

Product Development – as project manager, Victoria had responsibility for the scoping, recruitment, facilitation, development and pilot deliveries of specific food and drink product development ideas through Scottish Enterprise. Projects included Taste the Trossachs, Honorary Stillman and Masterchefs of St Andrews.

Profit through Productivity – this UK-wide programme was initially set up through the DTI. From 2002 we provided coaching support to more than 40 visitor attractions, restaurants and shops across areas such as Cumbria, North Wales and Manchester.

Coaching and Strategic Guidance – we work with emerging companies such as the Mhor Group and Fifi and Ally to support their high growth strategy.

Facilitation – we provide facilitation support for workshops, focus groups and team events for clients including NHS (Ayrshire), North Lanarkshire Council, Scottish Enterprise and Culture and Sport Glasgow.
